Do-Re-Mi Cupcakes

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes.
  2. Cool in pans 15 min.
  3. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
  4. Frost cupcakes with Cool Whip.
  5. Top each with 2 cookies for the music notes.
  6. Pour chocolate into resealable plastic bag.
  7. Cut off 1 small corner from bottom of bag.
  8. Squeeze chocolate from bag to add stems of music notes.
  9. Keep refrigerated.
