Caesar Salad Cocktail
- 6 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Romano Shredded Cheese
- 6 cups loosely packed chopped romaine lettuce
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 6 pickled pearl onions
- 6 Tbsp. Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spoon cheese into 6 mounds, 3 inches apart, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; flatten slightly.
- Bake 6 min.
- or golden brown, carefully turning after 5 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool.
- Place lettuce in 6 (8-oz.)
- glasses.
- Thread 2 tomatoes and 1 onion alternately onto each of 6 skewers.
- Add to glasses.
- Drizzle with dressing.
- Top with cheese crisps.
