BBQ Grilled Chicken Kabobs
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 6 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, onions, zucchini) Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce, divided
- Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
- Thread chicken onto 8 skewers alternately with vegetables.
- Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
- Grill kabobs 10 to 15 min.
- or until chicken is done, turning after 8 min.
- and brushing with remaining sauce for the last 5 min.
- Serve with reserved sauce.
