Basil Pasta With Bay Scallops Recipe

  5. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  7. Meanwhile, heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  8. Add in scallops and green onion; cook, stirring often, just till scallops are cooked, 2 to 3 min.
  9. Add in stock or possibly broth, half-and-half, salt and pepper.
  10. Heat to a simmer and cook 1 minute.
  11. Add in cooked, liquid removed pasta and basil; heat through and serve at once.
