• 12 ounces Averna amaro (bittersweet Italian liqueur)
• 8 ounces St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• Ice

1. In a jar, combine the amaro and elderflower liqueur and stir well.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 1 month.
3. Pour into ice-filled rocks glasses.
