Quick Chicken Chunks -Bisquick

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken and oil in 2-quart resealable plastic bag.
  2. Mix chicken and oil.
  3. Shake about 6 chicken piecesat a time in a bag until coated.
  4. Shake off extra crumbs.
  5. Place chicken pieces in a single layer on microwavable rack in microwave dish.
  6. Cover with waxed paper.
  7. Microvave on high for 3 minutes.
  8. Turn dish 1/2 turn.
  9. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
  10. Serve with ranch, barbecue or honey mustard sauce.
