Sauerkraut and Ribs
- 2 pounds Beef Or Pork Country Style Ribs
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sauerkraut
- 1 whole Medium Onion - Quartered
- 1 whole Medium Apple Cut Into Eighths
- 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Un-packed Brown Sugar
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, Or To Taste
- Add meat to crock pot.
- Add all remaining ingredients and cook on medium for six hours.
- Super easy and sooo yummy.
- I serve it with Pioneer Womans Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans.
- I like my meat and kraut right on top and the juice makes a yummy thin gravy.
