Green Pepper Stuffing (20 Pound Bird) Recipe
- 1 loaf white bread
- 2 c. celery, minced
- 1 c. green pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. liver, chopped
- 3 c. onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon sage
- 1 c. butter
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Saute/fry onion, pepper, celery and liver in some butter.
- Heat lowfat milk and butter.
- Pour over torn bread; fold in saute/fry mix.
- Add in Large eggs, seasonings.
- Put into turkey.
- Bake as usual.
