Eating with Your Eyes Baked Pork Chops

  1. This is more a method than a recipe.
  2. It is for one serving, as this can be made for one, two, or a crowd!
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. I use pork chops with or without bone, but not the extra thin ones.
  5. On one side of the pork chop, sprinkle garlic salt, pepper and press into bread crumbs.
  6. On the other side, sprinkle with paprika, poultry seasoning, and bread crumbs.
  7. Place on a large baking dish, leaving room in the center if youre making this for more than one.
  8. Place tomato halves, seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley around the outer edges of the pork chops.
  9. Place canned or fresh pear halves in the center with a dab of mayonnaise in the center of each pear half.
  10. Bake until pork chops are done, about 40 minutes for pork chops that are about 1 thick.
