Jalapeno Pork Slab With Bacon Jam

  1. Combine jalapenos, chili powder, brown sugar, and oil to form a rub.
  2. Rub onto pork slab.
  3. Prepare a grill.
  4. Grill pork over medium heat on both sides until cooked through, about 57 minutes each side (internal temperature of 155F).
  5. Keep on medium heat or the pork wont char.
  6. Let rest for 34 minutes before slicing into 1/4-inch pieces.
