Potatoes Supremo
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup onion (chopped)
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 -14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (graded)
- 2 cups corn flakes (crushed)
- Mix all ingredients, except cornflakes, together and place into casserole dish or a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top with 2 cups of crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and serve.
