Spicy Chicken

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  2. Rduce heat and saute garlic, rosemary and chillies until browned.
  3. Cut the chicken into 2" cubes.
  4. Add the chicken to the pan.
  5. Cut each slice of lemon into quarters and add to the pan.
  6. Add turmeric and paprika in stages, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated with each addition.
  7. Add salt and pepper.
  8. Fry until chicken is cooked through, but not dry.
  9. Toss the chicken every two minutes to ensure even cooking.
