Deviled English Pea Casserole Recipe
- 1 (17 ounce.) can English peas, liquid removed
- 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, minced
- 4 Large eggs, hard boiled and minced
- 1/2 can pimento, minced or possibly 1 (2 ounce.) jar, liquid removed
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can mushroom soup
- 1 (3 ounce.) can onion rings
- Combine peas, water chestnuts, Large eggs, pimento, cheese, soup and 1/2 can onion rings.
- Pour in 1 1/2-qt casserole dish.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 min.
- Sprinkle remaining onion rings on top and bake till brown.
- Serves 4.
