Pasta Primavera With Chicken
- 2 quarts water
- 2 12 cups uncooked spiral shaped pasta
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 34 cup sliced carrot
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add broccoli and carrots and cook 4-5 minutes longer or until pasta is tender.
- Drain and place in a bowl.
- Add mozzarella cheese and chicken.
- In another saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Cook and stir until blended.
- Pour over pasta mixture and toss.
- Serve immediately.
