Mom's Enchiladas

  1. Brown hamburger with onions and green chilies.
  2. Drain grease.
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients except for the cheese and the tortillas.
  4. Warm tortillas in the microwave to make them soft so they will not crack when they are rolled.
  5. Fill each tortilla with sauce/hambuger mix and cheese.
  6. Fill entire pan.
  7. If there is left over cheese and sauce spread it over the top of all the rolled tortillas.
  8. Bake at 350 until all of the cheese has melted.
