Mom's Enchiladas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 13 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
- corn tortilla
- 1 (8 ounce) package cheddar cheese
- Brown hamburger with onions and green chilies.
- Drain grease.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients except for the cheese and the tortillas.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave to make them soft so they will not crack when they are rolled.
- Fill each tortilla with sauce/hambuger mix and cheese.
- Fill entire pan.
- If there is left over cheese and sauce spread it over the top of all the rolled tortillas.
- Bake at 350 until all of the cheese has melted.
