Cat's Chunky Chili
- 2 lb. lean beef for stew, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 can (15 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH for 5 hours).
- Serve with your favorite chili toppings.
