Curry Glaze Chicken Recipe

  1. Coat chicken with a mix of 6 Tbsp.
  2. flour, salt, and ginger.
  3. Roll in butter.
  4. Place in pan.
  5. Combine 2 Tbsp.
  6. flour with remaining ingredients; heat to boiling stirring constantly.
  7. Simmer for 15 min stirring of 10.
  8. Bake chicken uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 min; baste with half of curry sauce.
  9. Bake another 20 min; pour remaining curry sauce on chicken.
  10. Bake additional 20 min.
  11. Serve with rice and desired condiments.
  12. Yields 8 servings.
