Avocado Pita Wedges

  1. Cut each pita round into quarters; spread the inside of each with the mayonnaise.
  2. Peel and seed avocado.
  3. Cut half of the avocado into 6 slices.
  4. Cut each slice into half crosswise.
  5. Toss together cheese, tomato, and carrot and spoon into each pita quarter.
  6. Place an avocado piece in each.
  7. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
