Mexican Charro Beans

  1. Cook the pinto beans in the water with the chopped garlic clove.
  2. When the beans are about half way cooked add the bacon.
  3. Take the tomato, onion the chiles and the cilantro and saute it in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
  4. When they are all tender add it to the cooked beans.
  5. Pour in the beer and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Serve it in side bowls it is a little on the loose side.
