Chicken Noodle Soup
- 2 large Chicken breasts
- 4 can Swanson chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Fresh chopped parsley
- 1 packages Sliced carrots
- 1/2 packages Celery
- 1 medium Chopped onion
- 3 tsp Minced garlic (in water)
- 1 Pepper
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 1 Salt
- 1 as needed Chicken/poultry rub (seasoning)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 packages Egg noodles
- Cube chicken and cook with poultry seasoning in olive oil until fully cooked.
- Add 4 cans of chicken broth, celery, onion, carrots and seasonings to a 5 qt pot.
- After chicken is done cooking, add that to 5 qt pot as well.
- Simmer for about 60- 90 minutes.
- Cook noodles as directed.
- Drain them and add them to soup.
- Serve and enjoy!
