Nancy Maher's Honey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine eggs, milk and bread crumbs.
  3. Add salt, garlic powder, parsley and onion, and combine all with the beef and pork.
  4. Shape into a loaf, and place in baking pan.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Combine honey and orange juice.
  7. Remove loaf from oven, prod top with fork, cover with honey-and-juice mixture, and bake for 10 more minutes.
