Green Goddess Dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley, fresh
- 12 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 teaspoons low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup skim milk buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons apple juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
- 12 cucumber, peeled seeded and chopped
- 12 lime, juice of
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Into a food processor it goes-whirl until smooth.
