Rustic Bean & Smoked Sausage Soup

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add vegetables; cook 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in flour; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  5. Gradually stir in broth, then milk.
  6. Whisk in dressing mix.
  7. Add sausage and beans; stir.
  8. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  9. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
