Creamy Herb & Garlic Eggs

  1. Beat cream cheese product in bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment until creamy.
  2. Gradually beat in eggs until well blended.
  3. For each serving: Melt 1/2 tsp.
  4. (2 mL) butter in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add 6 oz.
  6. (170 g) of the egg mixture; cook and stir until set.
