Creamy Herb & Garlic Eggs
- 1-1/2 cups Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 72 each eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- Beat cream cheese product in bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment until creamy.
- Gradually beat in eggs until well blended.
- For each serving: Melt 1/2 tsp.
- (2 mL) butter in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add 6 oz.
- (170 g) of the egg mixture; cook and stir until set.
