Fruit Slush
- 20 ounces fruit cocktail (1 large can)
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1 quart strawberry, cut into eigths (or 20oz bag frozen strawberries, cut into eigths or smaller)
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice
- 3 large bananas, cut in small bits
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Pour juices from fruit cocktail and crushed pineapple into medium size pan.
- Add sugar; heat only until sugar dissolves.
- Remove pan from heat; add frozen orange juice and stir until dissolved.
- In large plastic bowl, put pineapple, fruit cocktail, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and the orange juice mixture.
- Add bananas and strawberries to the fruit; mix well with spoon.
- Cover with plastic lid or plastic wrap and freeze.
- Take from the freezer 1 hour before serving.
- Leftover can be re-frozen.
