Hamburger Stroganoff

  1. In a large skillet, cook and stir meat and onion in butter until meat is brown and onion is tender.
  2. Drain a little; stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
  6. Serve over noodles and enjoy!
