Braised Beef with Beer

  1. Place the steak in a crockpot.
  2. Cover with onions, garlic and parsley.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Stir tapioca into beer and pour down the side of pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low temperature for 8 to 10 hours.
