Marshmallow Popcorn Treat Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 8 c. popped popcorn
• 15 lg. marshmallows
• 1/2 teaspoon food coloring, any color

1. Heat butter and sugar together in microwave for 1 minute on high.
2. Stir, add in marshmallows.
3. Cook in microwave for 3 to 4 min.
4. Stir after each minute of cooking, marshmallows will be melted.
5. Add in vanilla, a few grains of salt and food coloring.
6. Stir to mix well.
7. Pour over popcorn.
8. Stir to coat.
9. Form balls and place on waxed paper.
10. Makes 15.
