Chocolate Elegance

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended.
  2. Stir in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip; spread 2 cup of the mixture over bottom of 8x4-inch loaf pan lined with plastic wrap.
  3. Melt 2 chocolate squares.
  4. Add to remaining cream cheese along with pudding mix and milk.
  5. Beat until blended.
  6. Spread over layer in pan.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  8. Microwave remaining chocolate and Cool Whip in microwaveable bowl on high 1 minute; stir until blended.
  9. Cool slightly.
  10. Invert dessert onto platter.
  11. Remove pan and plastic wrap.
  12. Spread dessert with glaze; top with nuts.
  13. Refrigerate until glaze is firm.
