Easy Chocolate Angel Food Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients at low speed of mixer until moistened.
  3. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
  4. Pour batter into ungreased 8x4 inch.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C).
  6. for 28 to 38 minutes or until cracks on top appear dry.
  7. Cool completely in pan tipped on side on cooling rack.
  8. Remove from pan.
  9. For ease in slicing, slice loaf with bottom side up.
