Jalapeno Popper Beer Cheese

• 1 package Cream Cheese, Softened (8 Oz. Package)
• 3 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
• 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Diced
• 23 cups Lager
• 2 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt

1. In a food processor combine the cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, jalapeno, beer and yogurt until creamy and smooth.
2. Add more beer if necessary.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Serve as a dip alongside your favorite salty treat.
