Chinese-style Glass Noodle Salad
- 50 grams Cellophane noodles
- 2 slice Ham
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 Carrot
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds (white)
- Boil the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Drain and cut into easy-to-eat lengths.
- Add the julienned carrots, cucumbers, and ham.
- Mix well.
