Spring Goddess Salad

  1. In a large bowl combine onion slices and romaine.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a food processor, combine all the dressing ingredients and puree until smooth.
  4. Adjust seasoning, to taste.
  5. Pour half of the dressing over salad and toss.
  6. Refrigerate remaining dressing.
