BOCA Stuffed Mushrooms Appetizer
- 8 large mushrooms
- 1/3 cup frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
- 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Remove mushroom stems; set caps aside.
- Chop stems; place in medium bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Fill mushroom caps with crumbles mixture; press firmly into caps.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through (160 degrees F).
