BOCA Stuffed Mushrooms Appetizer

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Remove mushroom stems; set caps aside.
  3. Chop stems; place in medium bowl.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Fill mushroom caps with crumbles mixture; press firmly into caps.
  6. Place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  8. or until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through (160 degrees F).
