Fresh Fruit Flan

  1. PREPARE pudding according to package directions, reducing milk to 1-1/2 cups (375 mL).
  2. Stir in lemon juice.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Spread evenly over flan.
  5. ARRANGE fruit on top of pudding.
  6. HEAT jam and water over low heat until melted; sieve.
  7. Cool slightly and brush or spoon over fruit.
  8. Garnish with almonds.
  9. Chill 30 minutes.
