Mexican Chili Casserole Recipe
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 can (14 ounce.) vegeburger
- 1 can (2 ounce.) vegetarian chili or possibly chili beans
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. tomato catsup
- Salt to taste
- 1 c. cubed cheese
- 1 pkg. Fritos, crumbled
- Saute/fry onion in oil.
- Add in vegeburger, chili, tomato sauce, catsup and salt.
- Simmer 10-15 min, stir occasionally.
- Put burger mix into 13 x 9 inch pan alternate with cubed cheese and Fritos, ending with Fritos.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Serves 6-8.
