Linguini With Bacon, Baby Spinach, and Sage

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon to desired crispness.
  3. Add onion and saute until tender.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and sage, simmer 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and cook just until it wilts.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Toss linguini with sauce and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
