Ground Roasted Rice

  1. On low heat roast rice with all ingredients on wok or pan until 1/3 turn brown
  2. Blend all well or leave some rice texture,this will get one jar of ground rice,i use this one for my spicy salad..it give a great smell and texture to the sauce ,and sure your dish will be unique and look real Thai :)

sticky rice, lime, stalk, galangal, salt
