Ground Roasted Rice
- 300 grams raw sticky rice,or jasmine rice
- 5 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 lemongrass stalk ,sliced
- 1 small sliced of galangal
- 1/4 tsp salt
- On low heat roast rice with all ingredients on wok or pan until 1/3 turn brown
- Blend all well or leave some rice texture,this will get one jar of ground rice,i use this one for my spicy salad..it give a great smell and texture to the sauce ,and sure your dish will be unique and look real Thai :)
