Creamed Spinache and Garlic Sauce

  1. Sautee spinache in red wine and oil until wine is mostly evaporated then add in garlic seasonings.
  2. Place sauteed spinache in blender with sour cream and milk.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Goes great served over pasta noodles, white rice, chicken, or even as a thin dip.
