Spinach Salad(Tasty Combination - Delicious Dressing)

  1. In a 2 cup jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first 12 ingredients.
  2. Shake well; set aside.
  3. Wash spinach carefully, removing tough stems.
  4. Drain (no need to dry).
  5. In a large salad bowl, tear spinach into bite-size pieces.
  6. Add mushrooms and reserved dressing; mix gently to distribute dressing well. Arrange salad on 6 serving plates; garnish with crumbled bacon and top with egg slices.
  7. Yield:
  8. 6 servings.
