Mini Pizza
- 2 lb hamburger
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp worchestershire or A-1
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 loaf party rye bread
- brown and crumble sausage and hamburger, drain
- add oregano, garlic salt, worchestershire or A-1, ketchup and velveeta
- heat until cheese is melted, mix all ingredients well
- place a spoonful of sausage/cheese mixture onto a slice of bread
- top with spaghetti sauce and parmesan
- place pizzas on cookie sheets and place in the freezer about 1.5 hours until frozen.
- when frozen place in a ziploc bag.
- Keep frozen until ready to eat.
- To heat-preheat oven to 375F.
- place pizzas on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through.
- If thawed heat for 4 minutes
