  1. warm skillet with oil
  2. put all seasons in a bowl set aside
  3. add turkey to warm skillet with oil and begin to cook turkey on low heat.
  4. Add some water so skillet is half full but turkey is not completely covered.
  5. after 10 mins add spices garlic and onion to skillet.
  6. Turn down heat so meat simmers.
  7. let cook 35 to 45 mins checking frequently and adding water ass needed.
  8. when meet can be pulled apart with forks and only very little liquid remains take off fire to cool.
  9. warm tortilla shells in microwave for 1 and 1/2 mins.
  10. shells must be warm to fold easily.
  11. fill shells with meat about 1/4 of an inch and roll.
  12. place roll flap down on freezer safe container.
  13. after all shells are rolled place them on freezer at least 45 mins.
  14. warm skillet with at least 1/2 of cooking oil.
  15. fry rolls flap side down so they harden and wont open when turned.
  16. take out of fryer amd let cool then serve.
  17. serve with additional topings like cheese or sour cream or salsa
