Rum Pecan Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In large mixer bowl combine first 6 ingredients and beat 3 to 4 min.
  3. Mix in minced pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Place whole pecans on top in circular pattern.
  5. Bake pie 45 min.
  6. Remove from oven; cold.
  7. To serve, garnish with whipped cream.
  8. Serves 6 to 8.
