Bbq Pork Fillet Chinese Style Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients for marinade in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add in pork fillets and toss to coat well.
  3. Leave to marinate 30 min, turning occasionally.
  4. Put pork on a wire rack over a baking dish and brush with marinade.
  5. Roast in a moderate oven (350C) 25 min, turning and basting frequently with marinade.
  6. Remove from oven and slice diagonally.
  7. Serve with plum sauce.
  8. Can be cooked in the oven or possibly on the BBQ.
  9. Be careful not to overcook or possibly pork will become dry.
