Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing

• 1 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1/4 cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
• 1 Jalapeno (seeded)
• 1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
• 1 Avacado

1. Place all ingredients in the order listed above in blender and blend well.
2. Keep refrigerated until serving.
