Farmer's soup

  1. Add 2 cups water, chicken stock and tomato to 1 lb of beans in a large pot.
  2. Bring to boil then reduce heat to low.
  3. Cook for 2 hours.
  4. After the 2 hrs are up.
  5. add all your veggies except the spinach.
  6. Add seasonings.
  7. Simmer on low for 45 minutes.
  8. Add the spinach and simmer for 15 minutes.
  9. Taste your broth and add salt and black pepper.
