Mother's Sticky Roasted Chicken Recipe

  1. In small bowl, thoroughly combine spices.
  2. Rub mix inside and out of chicken proportionately distributing spices down deep into skin.
  3. Place in sealed plastic bag overnight.
  4. When ready to roast chicken, stuff cavity with onion.
  5. Roast uncovered at 250 degrees for 5 hrs, basting occasionally.
