Pecan Stuffing
- 4 cups pecans, chopped
- 4 cups bread cubes
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, minced
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1-1/2 cup chicken stock
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
- Place in greased 9x13-inch baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
