Cajon Lou's Cake
- 1 box yellow butter recipe cake mix (or your favorite butter cake recipe)
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 12 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 (1 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 13 cup jim beam kentucky Bourbon
- 13 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (1 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (1 ounce) can crushed pineapple (including juice)
- 1 (1 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- Mix all the cake stuff up and put in 2 regular cake pans (sprayed with Pam) and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350.
- Bake until it does not jiggle too bad in the middle.
- Mix the filling/icing ingredients and spread between the cooled layers and on top.
