Scallops
- 18 scallops
- Sea salt, to taste
- 1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- Ground esplette pepper, to taste
- Cook scallops 1 minute on each side on the plancha.
- Season scallops with sea salt, cilantro, and Espelette pepper; and serve.
- Serving Suggestion: This dish is so delicious, theres truly no need to use additional ingredients.
- Serve with a simple arugula salad.
